Situated on the GTA, GR5 and Via Alpina, the refuge is also the starting point for many family and sporting hikes, including the Marinet lakes and glaciers, the Ubaye springs, the old marble quarry, the Chambeyron tour and the Font Sancte tour.
In winter, you can enjoy ski touring, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing.
A French Alpine Club refuge for over 30 years, it's also a veritable ‘landmark’ for mountaineers, a place where you can meet and chat over a drink and a good meal.
Accessible by car all year round, parking is available at the entrance to the hamlet.
