With its Provençal architecture and ochre hues, it blends perfectly into its surroundings. This charming residence offers bright apartments spread over two floors. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the garden by means of a terrace at garden level, or a balcony with views of pine woodland.

Located in Hyères, 2 kilometres from Giens, the residence is located in the heart of a magnificent 3-acres Mediterranean-style park opening out onto a beach lined by a pine forest.

The ochre-coloured two-storey residence is typically Provencal and offers lovely rental apartments. Some have ground-level terraces or balconies with sea views.

To make your seaside holiday even more comfortable, the outdoor swimming pool is heated from May to October. Children can enjoy a paddling pool and a playground. There is also a beach volleyball court and a petanque ground.
