Refuge de Congerman

  • Refuge
Elevation : 1867m
Congerman, 04170 Thorame-Haute
Accessible on foot or by mountain bike, the Congerman refuge opens its doors to you to reach the summits and be as close as possible to nature. A mountain stopover at the start of several hiking trails.
We are at 1867m of altitude, not too high but not too low... hence an accessibility on foot, about 2h30/3h of walking from Villars-Heyssier.
The logistics are done on the back of man, at best thanks to a winch, to discover!
The rooms are open for hikers with their meat bag or comforter, soft comforters and pillows are available on each bed. Sanitary facilities are open for the guests.
Lunch: a simple meal will be offered (plate of cold cuts, omelette, cheeses, all accompanied by salad ... pies house) all products are local. Local drinks: Beer of Cordoeil, lemonade and coca Cordoeil. Tea, coffee...

You are in the middle of the mountains...keep the socks and the wool under your elbow! A headlamp is recommended, as there is no electricity.
