For three generations, Au Bon Accueil has honored the great Provencal classics with know-how and inventiveness. Monique's specialty: goat cheese in all its forms! Omelette, tourton, skewers and even ice cream! Not to mention the authentic aioli and anchoïade. Simple and true.

At the Bistrot de Pays de Thorame-Haute, on the road to Val d'Allos, cooking isn't just about food - it's about hospitality! At Le Bon Accueil, you'll feel right at home! For generations, it seems that the rules of friendliness have been passed down along with the recipes. Generosity and kindness bring that little something that makes the dishes even better. Monique's cooking is straightforward, authentic and delicious. And while it's a warm expression of the terroir and firmly rooted in tradition, it's also highly inventive!
The terrace is set in the silence of this small mountain village, next to the old wash-house in bloom... It's hard not to linger here for a moment of sharing, conviviality and local gastronomy.
