    Don't hesitate to leave the road to go to the heart of the village, right next to the church. A gourmet stop at the Auberge du Moulin is a must.
    It would be a shame to pass so close and miss out on the chef's farcis, capouns, cannelloni with nettles or daube. Manu prepares a cuisine with Nissette influences, using fresh, local produce. The house bread is baked over a wood fire, as are most of the dishes served in the restaurant. Marie provides warm, efficient service.
    Don't leave without crossing the threshold of the grocery store adjacent to the restaurant. Mercantour producers take pride of place.
