Behind Aux Papillons, Pauline and Quentin, trained in Parisian palaces and Michelin-starred kitchens, craft elegant, flavourful, seasonal cuisine, blending their influences to offer sincere, refined gastronomy.
Behind Aux Papillons are Pauline and Quentin, a duo driven by a passion for gastronomy. Both trained in Parisian palaces and Michelin-starred restaurants, they have refined their craft alonside some of the greastest chefs.
Quentin, head chef, draws inspiration from his Corsican roots to create flavourful dishes rooted in French tradition, always with a personal touch. Pauline, pastry chef, draws from her Italian and Breton heritage to imagine elegant desserts where indulgence meets finesse.
Their profession is, above all, about telling a story through their plates. They work with fresh, seasonal products, honouring flavour and quality. Each dish is designed as an experience, where aesthetics, taste, and emotion come together.
With Aux Papillons, Pauline and Quentin aim to offer much more than a meal: a suspended moment, a gastronomic experience that is both refined and welcoming.
