Mont'Anova's specialities are a musical melting pot of local flavours. Fondue vigneronne with Hautes-Alpes red wine, or savoyarde with morel mushrooms and génépi flambé! Tarti'Anova, the local version of tartiflette, but also artisan bread from Montgenèvre, tourtons from Champsaur, bleu from Queyras... Here, everything is homemade, and the chef preserves the authenticity of the products, in line with the establishment's environmental policy.
