Our mission is to supply products that are healthy and delicious and not necessarily more expensive. We have over 9 types of smoked or marinated salmon in the pure Danish tradition, from Danish makers "Olsen" or French makers "Saumon de France". A wide range of French caviars from Aquitaine, the brands are Pruniers and Kaviari. We also specialise in foie gras, mi-cuit or preserved, from La Maison Lembert in the Périgord, which has won many gold medals. We also represent the Plantin firm for black truffles from Vaucluse and all their truffle-based products. We are famous for our: demi-smoked salmon with pepper (famous for its mellow texture, its subtle taste and its low salt content), Gravelax (organic salmon marinated with dill) for its tender texture and aromatic freshness.
