After working in some of the region's most famous restaurants (Gordes, Saint Saturnin, Bonnieux, Ménerbes...), Chef Patrick Piquet decided to team up with his wife Sandrine to take over Bistro les Poulivets.

The room with the large counter and the terrace in the shade of the plane trees are reminiscent of the bistros in Pagnol's films. When they took over the café, which had been closed for a few months, Patrick Piquet and his wife Sandrine decided to preserve the spirit of this convivial place. Even if the establishment's vocation is more oriented towards catering, events such as musical evenings, dictation and belote competitions perpetuate the "bistro" atmosphere.
Behind the stoves, Patrick prepares delicious dishes using fresh produce. At lunchtime, with his simple, gourmet cuisine, and in the evening with a more "gastro" menu, he honors the breeders, farmers and winegrowers of the Luberon.
