The Bistrot de Pays Lou Mile Sol welcomes you in the old village school and under the shade of it’s large terrace.

Our specialties: Lou Mile Sol salad, mountain salad, duck breast wok, chef's tartare, fish parillada, banderilla prawns and scallops (menu depending on availability)

Has also a takeaway pizzas service.

In the old school of Le Brusquet, it's always playtime! Every day, the Lou Mile Sol writes its menu in chalk. Here, traditional, hearty cuisine is served in the colors of the region. Meat from Sisteron, vegetables from Digne-les-Bains, cheeses from Marcoux, local products are the mainstay of this Bistrot de Pays. You can come without a schoolbag and settle down in the shade of the lime tree in the courtyard to enjoy a charcuterie board facing the mountains. Drink a glass, eat a pizza, whatever the formula, these practical exercises are always great gourmet lessons. And for hiking enthusiasts, a chance to play hooky in the Haute-Bléone valley.
