Blend, the famous Parisian gourmet burger brand, is expanding its footprint in Aix-en-Provence following the success of its Parisian addresses. Since 2011, Blend has been exploring burger culture around the world, reinterpreting legendary recipes with rare ingredients and cultivating "burgerness". For example, Aix-en-Provence diners will discover the "blend", a ground steak made from a blend of quality cuts of beef. The restaurant also offers homemade buns made with MOF Frédéric Lalos and artisanal cheeses.
