It's impossible to pass through the pedestrianised centre without tasting the pizzas from "Chez Enzo", the pizzaiolo! Each pizza is made on the premises using fresh produce and carefully selected ingredients. Surprise, XXL size pizzas...

A thin dough, puffed on the edges, deliciously crisp, delicately semolina-coated, leavened for 48 hours and topped with delicious PDO products. Each pizza is made on the premises using fresh produce and rigorously selected ingredients. While it's usual to order pizzas measuring between 30 and 33 cm in diameter, at Enzo we offer XXL pizzas (40 cm) to satisfy both small and large hungers!
Gourmets can also enjoy home-made desserts, such as the famous Tiramisu (Coffee-Amaretto-Speculos) or the generous vanilla PANNA COTTA with fruit coulis.
Delivery in Sisteron from October to March.
Terrace only in summer (June-September).
