Court-Circuit, a take-away or on-the-spot establishment in the spirit of a canteen. It is also the production kitchen for the Gustation or an approved training organisation. Vegetarian and vegan establishment. Anti-gaspi label.

Establishment offering a range of dishes to enjoy, on the spot or to take away, only with local products. No meat or fish, except on order for the catering part (evenings, birthdays, etc...), picnics on order, hot or cold drinks, small groceries.
We also offer theme evenings and cooking workshops.
Open evenings on Thursday and Friday. Saturday in season.
Weekly closing: Tuesday.

Housed in a former garage, her Saint-Rémois restaurant is a convivial gourmet space, a laboratory for ethical and socially responsible taste. The dishes, which can be eaten in, delivered or taken away, are based on vegetarian or vegan recipes, and the rigorous selection of products also caters for allergy sufferers. While the quality of ingredients is paramount to the development of healthy, tasty cuisine, Court-circuit's management aims for zero waste, from recycling peelings to packaging. Simplicity, authenticity and anti-waste: a concept that's sure to please!
