Since 2017, Julie and Thibault have been crisscrossing the roads of the south, more specifically Aix-en-Provence and the surrounding area, with their food truck. In their vintage caravan converted into a mobile kitchen, they revisit Mexican street-food specialties.

Based in Aix-en-Provence, Disco & Tacos is a food truck specialized in events. It offers gourmet and convivial cuisine, revisiting the key recipes of Mexican street-food. Housed in a pastel-colored air stream caravan converted into a professional mobile kitchen, Disco & Tacos travels the roads of the PACA region, offering high-quality mobile catering for all types of events: festivals, private parties, corporate events, weddings, birthdays, christenings, etc. This food truck stands out for its evolving menu, featuring fresh, local and seasonal produce. Flagship dishes include antojitos, aperitif starters to share (nachos with guacamole, Pimientos de Padròn with fleur de sel, corn esquites) and the famous Mexican tacos, prepared in homemade corn tortillas. Their signature recipes include Al Pastor (pulled pork cooked for 7 hours at low temperature with fresh pineapple), Bee Cheese (cumin chicken), Beef, Wind and Fire (shredded chuck cooked for 7 hours at low temperature in its secret sauce!) and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives. Disco & Tacos also offers a tailor-made privatization service for individuals and professionals, with an offer adapted to the specific needs of each event, both in terms of cuisine and logistics. Present at numerous events in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, and regularly in demand in the Aix-en-Provence area, Disco & Tacos offers top-quality cuisine and, as an added bonus, broadcasts disco playlists directly to the counter!
