Their signature recipes include Al Pastor (pulled pork cooked for 7 hours at low temperature with fresh pineapple), Bee Cheese (cumin chicken), Beef, Wind and Fire (shredded chuck cooked for 7 hours at low temperature in its secret sauce!) and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives.
