A Provençal bistro with Italian influences, set in the heart of the Provençal garden at the Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre hotel.

Driven by a desire to share and foster a sense of community, Dolce Provenza embodies a Mediterranean way of life that combines authenticity and simplicity. The menu features dishes inspired by Provence and Italy, presented in a sunny and approachable style: cuts of meat grilled in the Josper oven, vegetables from our local market gardeners, and fish sourced from sustainable, local fisheries… Dolce Provenza tells a story of neighbouring regions united by a love of sharing, driven by a committed cuisine that is close to nature and the riches of the land. “With Dolce Provenza, we wanted to create a welcoming and authentic venue, reflecting our region. This bistro is a gesture towards our roots, a tribute to our producers and a nod to neighbouring Italy. It is also a vibrant place, in direct connection with nature, the garden and our guests.”
