Located in the heart of the Domaine de la Font des Pères restanques, the Ferme Auberge restaurant overlooks the valley, offering breathtaking views of the Sainte Baume massif. The rustic-chic decor is a real treat for the senses, as epicureans come to sample wines accompanied by tasty dishes prepared by the chef from top-quality gourmet produce. In summer, the restaurant's lovely terrace is an intimate setting for watching the sun set.
The kitchen is run by Chef Raphaël Linossier, who draws inspiration from the estate's vegetable garden to offer sophisticated, seasonal cuisine. In summer, the Bistrot opens its terrace with homemade sweet and savoury tapas. Creativity and local produce are the cornerstones of his inspired cuisine.
The wine list naturally gives pride of place to Domaine production, with wines from the Bandol, Côtes de Provence and IGP Mont-Caume appellations, all organically grown.
RAPHAEL LINOSSIER, THE CHEF
For the past ten years, Raphaël's career has been closely linked to that of Jérémy Czaplicki, starred chef at L'Île rousse in Bandol, whom he followed from the Park Hyatt Place Vendôme to the Château de Berne. The Michelin star crowned his career as second-in-command, and he now intends to pursue his passion on his own.
As a simple visitor, Chef Linossier was able to discover the estate, the wines and the products of La Font des Pères. He was quickly won over by the site, its views and its history, but also by the kitchen garden, which has become his playground. He works closely with our market gardener to select varieties that will surprise your senses.
