At the heart of the 14-hectare winegrowing estate, in a dominant position, the winery and restaurant offer a breathtaking view of the Sainte-Baume mountain range. Nearby, other types of cultivation replace the vines: fruit trees, olive trees, chef Raphaël's herbs, a vegetable garden and a farmyard.
In the restaurant, everything is concocted behind the famous pewter zinc with the La Font des Pères coat of arms. Chef Raphaël favors products from the farm and local producers.
One of La Font des Pères' signature dishes comes straight from the farmyard: the "œuf cocotte", which the chef skilfully combines with bottarga, Iberian ham or sea urchin coral.
Creativity and short supply chains are the pillars of his inspired cuisine.
