The interview is a culinary institution of Arles for more than 20 years!Ideally located on the banks of the Rhône to the Méjan, the restaurant and its terrace adjoins the Actes Sud Bookstore, a cinema and a hammam. A cosmopolitan place where we meet around a kitchen from the 2 shores of the Mediterranean with the famous couscous and tagines but also the attractions of the region served with organic salads.The interview is all this and much more yet to be discovered emergency and to consume without moderation!Open daily, lunch until 3 pm on weekends, evening service, last order 23: 00 weekend!
