Espuma, your seaside stopover in Villefranche-sur-Mer. In a setting reminiscent of the Belle Époque and the spirit of the Riviera, discover refined cuisine where seafood takes center stage.
Our seafood counter offers a range of marine delicacies: oysters, shellfish, and crustaceans from our fish tank, ready to be enjoyed at their absolute freshest. Create your own custom seafood platters to enjoy on our sunny terrace with a sea view or take away to prolong the pleasure.
