Gastronomic cuisine is prepared by chef & Escoffier disciple Hugo LORIDAN FOMBONNE and his team using local seasonal produce. It is served in our restaurant or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards.

In the dramatic setting of the Château des Fines Roches, the restaurant of the Mousset estates schedules a continuous festival of flavours. Behind his instruments, the chef plays the repertoire of great classics while maintaining a local note by subtly distilling delicious Provençal tones.
