Il Rifugio is the only 100% Italian restaurant in Isola 2000. We serve mountain specialities (but not only), such as Polenta with Porcini Mushrooms, Gnocchi Gorgonzola, Tagliata Beef, and many other dishes. The ingredients and wines come from Italy (some vegetables from France, beef from Argentina), our goal, just a few kilometres from the border, being to bring you an experience “as if you were there”.
On sunny days, we open one of the most beautiful terraces in the resort with a bird's eye view of the slopes. On colder days, you can eat while watching the fire crackle in the fireplace.
