In our canteen, wicker lighting, leather chairs and sofas mingle with rough-hewn wooden tables. A mix of styles
for a cosy atmosphere that makes you want to relax.

Original recipes, real invitations to travel and typical southern dishes share the menu. But always prepared with the best local produce by Grégory, the 100% Marseilles-based chef.

We start with a red bell pepper and tomato gazpacho with basil sorbet. Then there's a Franco-Thai salad, and the daring Aïoli burger combining bass back with a vegetable patty. An ever-changing, cross-cultural menu.

At the bar, you'll find marvellous wines from sustainable agriculture. There's also a fine selection of craft beers from La Part/Faite and La Plaine.

Not forgetting, of course, fresh juices from the Provence press.

Arkose and its restaurant "La Cantine d'Arkose" are committed to sustainable food and have been awarded 2 Ecotables. This label focuses on sourcing, health, the menu, waste, resources, communication, ethics and social issues, as part of a continuous improvement of its sustainable approach. On the bar side, a selection of wines from sustainable agriculture and Marseille craft beers from La Part/Faite and La Plaine have been carefully selected. Not forgetting fresh juices from the Provence press or Corsica Cola.
