At lunchtime, you can choose from the à la carte menu, which changes with the seasons, or the daily menu on a slate.
In the evening, the à la carte menu offers refined dishes as well as a wide choice of wood-fired pizzas, which you can eat in or order to take away.
Our menu changes with the seasons, so here are some examples of our starters, main courses and desserts.
For starters, you'll find: home-smoked Châteauroux trout, veal tataki and shallot tatin, Mont-Dauphin mushroom velouté ....
For main courses, you'll find: Lamb from the Hautes Alpes, beef from the Hautes Alpes .....

Our dishes are made with fresh, local produce. We favour short circuits, using local producers such as La Pisciculture des Ecrins for the trout, the village baker for the bread, the SAB butcher's shop in Argentière la Bessée (the meat comes mainly from the department), the Fromagerie de la Durance and that of Château Queyras for the cheeses, the local brewers for the beers and Les Elixirs d'Isabelle and Le Plantivore for the liqueurs.
