La Guinguette is one of those places you cherish like a friend's house. Its cheerful summer evenings, its generous and spontaneous welcome at all hours, its fresh and colorful cuisine, make it a warm and endearing place that puts the heart (and taste buds) in festive mood.
It's true that Sylvie knows what she's doing. Born in the sunny south of France, she has developed an innate sense of conviviality and cultivates her talents as a Provençal cook. She offers simple dishes that sing of the South, right down to the Italy of her origins... She selects her produce with great care, and favors short supply chains. Her entire menu, from her salads and specialties to the stock of her small grocery store, is a tribute to the Luberon terroir.
