In all, there are some forty labels to be drunk by the glass, in Lyonnais jars or in bottles, varying according to the period, the trade fair and the "coups de coeur", and some twenty dishes evolving according to the chef's inspirations, which everyone can discover as the seasons go by.
The bistro, a former hotel kitchen abandoned almost 20 years ago and redesigned by Fred, was conceived as a counterpoint to the hustle and bustle of the seaside, offering a warm, cosy atmosphere.
