"La Plancha" specializes in top-quality local produce such as organic pork, Bounas lamb and fresh fish from Saint-Mandrier and around the port of Toulon. All ingredients are fresh and seasonal.

La Plancha specializes in top-quality local products such as organic pork, Bounas lamb and fresh fish from Saint-Mandrier and its vicinity. All ingredients are fresh and seasonal. The meats are grilled over a wood fire and served with home-made gratin dauphinois or fries. Don't miss the "caillette" terrine and Provencal "andouillette" (tripe sausage) from Moustiers. Plusses: organic "Iberico" pork, pata negra ham and slow-cooked egg with foie gras and Provencal truffles. Most of our dishes are cooked over a wood fire. Specialities Starters: Hot goat's cheese salad from Ampus farm, Provencal "caillette" terrine, boiled egg with foie gras and Provencal truffles. Main courses: Local lamb with fresh Herbes de Provence, Bounas pork, kid from Ampus farm.
