Ludivine Barjolin and her husband Vincent have just opened "La Relève", replacing the truck her mother Anna Romano ran for over 30 years.
The crêpes, chichis and churros that have made the "Maison Romano" such a success are back. Vincent has created the sandwich menu in the same spirit as the Cuisine de comptoir where he was boss: simple recipes based on fresh produce. And a touch of West Indian sauce, a nod to his mother-in-law's love affair with Guadeloupe.
