This is a little-known Italian eatery like no other in Marseille
Liliane Casteldaccia, whose parents arrived from Sicily in 1965, first launched her business by transforming her garage into a delicatessen, selling some incredible balsamic vinegars and melt-in-the-mouth cannoli. Along the way, this real ball of energy moved into the kitchen and transformed part of her home into a warm and friendly trattoria. She started off with her mum’s recipes, and now dishes up creations from all over Italy. In the residential area of Saint Julien, you can enjoy pasta ‘alla norma’, ‘tortelli di granchio’, the perfect arancini, veal ‘involtini’ and ‘pinsa romana’, all made in house with the best products from our Italian cousins.
