La Souste bar welcomes you opposite the mountains in the heart of the village of Saint-Paul with a fine selection of local drinks!

We offer a variety of appetiser platters on summer evenings on our terrace facing the mountains to brighten up the start of your evening. Several cultural and musical events take place every summer at the bar for everyone's enjoyment! Our table d'hôte is open for evening meals upon reservation.
