In a setting that invites you to disconnect, with breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux and the sunset, we offer a unique cuisine crafted from raw ingredients delivered directly by our farmers, breeders, and local suppliers. Our generous and authentic menu showcases the local terroir: organic Ventoux lamb and pork entirely processed on-site, Sault spelt, Vaucluse truffle, and more.

A selection of fresh fish, pasta, and salads complements the offering, along with our homemade desserts.

All of this is served in an exceptional setting, either on our terrace with panoramic views of Mont Ventoux or in our recently renovated dining room.

For groups of 10 to 100 people or special events, we offer custom menus tailored to your desires and needs, with the option of privatization.
Our large, private, and free parking lot, under video surveillance, also provides electric car charging stations (fees apply).
