Christian and Bruno will prepare for you some of their specialties: fish in salt crust, bouillabaisse, bourride... and other succulent dishes according to the seasons. The restaurant has always favored products from local fishing and agriculture. You will also appreciate our "old-fashioned" service, where the fish will be cut in front of you, sometimes accompanied by the history of the dish... Enjoy your meal!

Our semi-gastronomic restaurant in Sanary-sur-Mer invites you to discover its specialties based on fish and shellfish: fish in a salt crust, bourride, bouillabaisse, without forgetting the inevitable seafood platter. All served the old fashioned way in the respect of the tradition!

Fishing and local agriculture
All our products come from local fishing and agriculture. Over the years, we have developed a special relationship with our suppliers, and it is not uncommon to come across a fisherman in the hotel lobby who has come to offer you an exceptional fish, fresh from his nets.

Formula of the day
The formula of the day is offered every lunchtime (except Sundays and public holidays) for 25€. It includes a dish, often the dish of the day based on fish, as well as a homemade dessert made by our pastry chef. An evolving menu according to the seasons will also be proposed to you.
