To have lunch at L'Aragonite is also to imagine the galleries, the thousand-year-old stalactites and stalagmites, the concretions formed drop by drop on the limestone rocks... right under our feet. Whether indoors with air conditioning or on a shady terrace, the Aragonite restaurant offers something for everyone. L'Aragonite invites you to sample its simple, varied traditional cuisine, featuring Provençal produce and a thousand southern flavours. Rosario, the head chef, works on the principle of l'Ardoise. Our offer is deliberately smaller, as it involves home-made products cooked on site. This care has been taken at every stage of your meal, from starters to desserts, as well as for the children's menus.
