The prize for the prettiest bucolic terrace goes unquestionably to the bistro, a historic 16th-century building shaded by a plane tree. It backs onto the beautifully restored 1777 church.

Adjacent to the church and its bell tower, the old building housing the Auberge du Prieuré has been completely renovated. With its streamlined decor and modern comforts, this café-restaurant (and bread store!) is a welcoming and convivial place in the peaceful countryside of the small village of Saint-Blaise.
The old communal oven has been preserved for wood-fired pizzas, one of the house specialties. But this gourmet restaurant also owes its reputation to the creative and original local cuisine of its chef, who lets his inspiration flow with the seasons. To the pleasures of tasting are added the attractions of a peaceful setting, a luminous dining room, a shady terrace and a sunny garden, all open onto the Nice countryside.
