The Auberge Saint-Donat, located at a crossroads of secondary roads between Mouans-Sartoux, Valbonne and Grasse, is unique in its simplicity.
There's just one menu, but everything is fresh and home-made, every day.
It falls somewhere between a roadside diner from a bygone era and a neighbourhood bistro run in the old-fashioned way by proprietors who take pleasure in serving their customers.
After the cold starter, you'll tuck into the hot starter, followed by a vegetable-filled main course.
You'll finish with a delicious dessert (of your choice) and coffee.
The meal is accompanied by half a bottle of Var wine per person, either rosé or red, and the bill shows that everything is included, even the smiles and efficient service!
