Céline took over the establishment out of a passion for Aiguilles and the Queyrassin region.
With her, there's no à la carte menu, but an à l'ardoise menu based on the market and her inspiration. The simple, generous cuisine is based on local produce.
The bar is a convivial meeting place for the locals. As for the terrace, during the summer months it's an invitation to stop for lunch or an ice cream after a nice hike.
The first Tuesday of the month is "concert night" at the Bô-Bar.
Open all year round, it is, as Céline wishes, above all a place to live.
