Sébastien and Muriel opened Le Cinq nearly a year ago. The newly refurbished and tastefully decorated brasserie opened its doors on 29 April 2022.
A small, simple family brasserie, the chef offers a different menu of the day every lunchtime, as well as a menu that changes every three months or so.
The menu is made up mostly of seasonal and regional produce.
Homemade cuisine suitable for everyone, meat lovers, vegetarians and children too.
Muriel and Sébastien are keen to make you feel welcome, and will delight your taste buds in a really friendly atmosphere!
Why did they call it "le cinq"? Quite simply because it's Sébastien and Muriel's favourite number, and they've been in Embrun since June 2021, making it the number for the Hautes-Alpes.
