The Cul de Poule restaurant is located in the Carmes area on a beautifully renovated square. This brasserie proposes bistro cuisine with a Provençal accent. Two shady terraces mean outdoor dining even in rainy weather. In the winter, a very warm, 1930's ambiance is friendly and welcoming. The menu changes with every season, featuring traditional dishes such as petits farcis (stuffed vegetables), long-simmered dishes, meats with delicious sauces, burgers of various kinds, terrine of foie gras, bourride, duck breast, roasted Mont d'Or cheese with fingerling potatoes, Profiteroles au chocolat, caramelized Tarte Tatin...
