At the restaurant Le Diapason in Avignon, Chef Robin Mayen and his entire staff are intent on preparing and serving Gastronomic and Gourmand Cuisine full of flavours and fragrancees of the magnificent terroir around Avignon, where many varied products of rare quality are grown. Slow food at its best. 80% of the products we serve are grown in this farm area, and 100% of the products we use come from Vaucluse, or, at the very farthest, from 150 km away.
