The Livingston is a wine bar restaurant offering fresh produce. It is amazing because it showcases orange wine! Elaborate, cosmopolitan-inspired tapas plates accompany the wines.
This was the brainchild of the Mercerie team and star chef Valentin Raffali, long before his exploits on Top chef TV show. The restaurant, which is still run by V, a partner in the business, now welcomes experienced chefs,and sous-chefs looking to set up their own businesses, offering them long-term residencies over the course of several months. Free to create their own dishes, these nomadic chefs come to Marseille to present a short menu aligned with Valentin’s culinary vision. A great deal of work has gone into these revisited cuisines, promising a truly memorable experience. To accompany you on your trip, two sommeliers take care of an impressive cellar of lively wines from all over the world (calling all orange-wine fans!).
Open five evenings a week, and even seven nights a week in July and August.
