This story is written by three friends, Christophe, Hakob and Guillaume, who are now partners in this magnificent adventure! Humanity, bonhomie, good drinking and good eating are the values that bring them together.

The DNA of our restaurant is a gourmet and tasty bistronomic cuisine and prestigious meat specialities prepared with care by our Chef in our brand new BIG GREEN EGG!

The new Loup Blanc is also a wine list created by our restaurant manager Hakob Yessayan who has worked in many starred establishments as a chef sommelier.
