His background: After honing his skills at the Maisons de Baumanière (L'Oustau de Baumanière and La Cabro d'Or under Michel Hulin), as well as in the gastronomic capital of France at Le Bistrot du Potager with Franck Delhoum and Floriant Remont, Luc Perey and his wife, Céline, took over the family restaurant, founded in 1980 by his father, Alain Perey. Here, seasonal and primarily local produce takes center stage: fish from the Carro fishing grounds, vegetables from Martigues and Fos-sur-Mer, cheeses from Saint-Julien, and more.
