Located in the heart of the Montana Chalet Hotel & Spa, the Bistrot Le Montana invites you to discover a traditional homemade cuisine made with fresh and local products.
All winter long, our chef will be serving up a colourful menu based on fresh regional produce. Mountain specialities, home-made burger, butcher's selection, fresh fish, desserts & delicacies... During the day, by the fire or on the terrace, you can enjoy hot drinks or homemade smoothies, as well as miller's desserts or muffins.

During the summer months, you can look forward every evening to a summer menu based on fresh, local and homemade produce. And because there's no season for eating it, you can enjoy our old-fashioned raclette even in summer. All day long you can enjoy our range of hot and cold coffees and lattés, as well as our signature cocktails.
