Le Saint-Hubert is a fine Vaucluse address for a lunch or dinner in the colors of the terroir, as well as a wine bar and café, with homemade pastries or savory versions. But first and foremost, it's a place of flavors and know-how, at the origin of "Bon fond", an ambitious project that aims to promote all the traditional and artisanal methods of organic farming, animal husbandry, baking, cheese production...
