Local bistronomy in an authentic village inn, which has been around since the 18th century. It has served as a post office, cinema and ballroom. Today, discover its new hotel and restaurant chapter with us.

"Simply prepared, joyfully shared cuisine"... This is the shared wish of Lise and Éric, who have chosen to build their dream in the former village inn of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt.
Le Saint-Hubert is a fine Vaucluse address for a lunch or dinner in the colors of the terroir, as well as a wine bar and café, with homemade pastries or savory versions. But first and foremost, it's a place of flavors and know-how, at the origin of "Bon fond", an ambitious project that aims to promote all the traditional and artisanal methods of organic farming, animal husbandry, baking, cheese production... All the techniques and passions that preserve the authenticity of taste and the values of French gastronomy.
