In the heart of the village of Cuers, the Sar Dîne restaurant offers a fine selection of fish and seafood: oysters from Noirmoutier, Bouzigues or Marennes, whelks, clams, prawns, crabs, mussels, sea urchins, lobsters, langoustines and homemade smoked salmon.
For the festive season, seafood platters are prepared to order. Twice a year, the team travels to the Côtes d'Armor to bring back freshly landed scallops.
In winter, the restaurant opens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, as well as Sunday lunchtimes for brunch and the oyster bar.
The restaurant team is also present at the markets: Friday mornings in Cuers, Saturday mornings in Pierrefeu and Sunday mornings in Collobrières.
Reservations are recommended.
