Open to everyone. Creative and balanced cuisine, local and seasonal products. Bistronomic restaurant located in a hotel with a 2 hectare wooded park on the banks of the Blanche river.

At the moment, the Insolent offers burgers and stews to order, delivery possible within a radius of 10 km. Our slate menu evolves over the seasons. Panoramic outdoor terrace.

We are committed to sustainable development. We sort our waste. Vegetable waste is disposed of in composters.
We use local products such as eggs, spelt, lentils and cheese.
