L'Oustau de la Mar restaurant was founded a bit more than forty years ago now. The Castiglia Brothers, Romain and Julien, took over the management of the establishment in January 2012.//We propose simple, traditional cooking using fresh, quality produce. We share this authentic cuisine with our customers while providing a warm and friendly welcome. All this in the idyllic surroundings of Cassis harbour, a stone's throw from the Calanques. //We select our produce with the greatest care and rigour to guarantee constant quality for our customers.//The establishment has the "Restaurant de Qualité" label and has been a member of the Collège Culinaire de France since January 2015. The Collège Culinaire de France was founded on the initiative of 15 great French chefs. Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchonare are its co-presidents. Its goal is to represent, promote and transmit the identity, diversity, tradition and innovation that characterise gastronomic cooking, with the professionals working in this sector, politicians and the general public.
