Local specialties from Provence are the ever-present guest stars of the cuisine here. In winter, enjoy the 1930's style kitchen and in summer delight in the shade of the linden trees in the garden.

- Cooking classes in French and English to explore the secrets of Provençal cuisine, famous the world over. Come sample the savours of Provence. Cooking classes in small groups (12 pers. max): make tapenade, ratatouille and honey-roasted veal. In the company of your enthusiastic, talented guide, chef Jean-Claude Altmayer, begin with a visit to the market to choose your ingredients, then back to the private, 16th-century home to prepare your meal. Dine all together on your own creations after the class!
