Thi Hanh set up her own restaurant 25 years ago. She was 45, her children were grown and she was bursting with energy. Nothing has changed, and this hyperactive cook delights us every lunchtime with a bo-bun, ravioli, pho soup or banh xeo pancake in the simplest of surroundings. For almost 10 years now, Jean has managed to work with her mother, and takes care of the dining room, much to our delight.
