

The O'Bistrot Martégal team offers an assortment of cold meats and cheeses to accompany your glass of wine.
The charcuterie comes from Salaisons Artisanales du Val d’Allier. The cheeses come from French and regional producers working in an artisanal manner. Martigues artisan baker's bread.
All preparations are homemade.
Hunter's board: wild boar sausage, duck sausage, venison terrine with porcini mushrooms, Beaufort, cured ham, seasonal vegetables, sausage with porcini mushrooms.
Corsican board: Coppa, Lonzo, Figatellu, Canistrelli, Venison terrine with porcini mushrooms, Corsican cheese (depending on availability), Fig jam, seasonal vegetables, wild boar sausage.
Mountain board: Mountain rosette, natural dried filet mignon, country terrine, tomme de Savoie, 5-berry sausage, seasonal vegetables.
Sweet / savory board: Wild garlic sausage, dry-cured ham, hazelnut sausage, plenty of Comté, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Vegetarian board: Hummus, watercressin, seasonal vegetables and fruits, fig jam.
