Mohamed Tazgait, with 17 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, decided to create the restaurant and wine cellar Ô Bout d'Istres in 2018. Faced with the immediate success of the restaurant, and surrounded by the five members of his team, he now launches a catering part in Istres.
