

First certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, which jealously guards Neapolitan pizza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A large buffet of sweet and savoury Italian specialities, baked in a traditional wood-fired oven.
Marseille's only Neapolitan pizzeria, aprovata, stamped "verace pizza napoletana". This famous quality label requires that the tomatoes and mozzarella come from specific regions of Italy, that the flour is of a certain quality, and that the pizza dough is matured for a significant number of hours. The result is an excellent pizza. Chef Fred Boubessla and his wife, the charismatic Faiza Bougheraba, sister of the Marseilles humorist of the same name, are a highly motivated couple. They also offer a fine menu of Italian dishes. A popular Sunday brunch and cocktails throughout the week.
